How do I add a new contact?
Open Synapse and tap the + button or use the voice input feature. Simply tell Synapse about the person you met, and it will automatically organize the information into a contact profile.
How do I set up reminders?
When viewing a contact, tap "Add Reminder" to schedule a follow-up. You can also tell Synapse via voice, for example: "Remind me to follow up with John next week."
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your relationship data is stored securely and we do not sell your information to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. You can also contact us at support@synapse-app.com to request account deletion.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Account → Export Data. You'll receive a downloadable file containing all your contacts and notes.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Close and reopen the app, 2) Check for app updates in the App Store, 3) Restart your device. If the issue persists, contact us with details about the problem.
How do I restore my data on a new device?
Sign in with the same account you used previously. Your data will sync automatically to your new device.
